Transparent

One thing is clear – the president cannot change the habits of politicians.

A bill which should change the way our economy functions now and in the future should be openly discussed and contributed to widely. More than a few dozen of our countries representatives should collaborate when a potential 3 trillion tax payer dollars is being allocated.

Monumental bills are often passed through invisible means – not transparent ones; The USA PATRIOT ACT made available only hours before voting usurped American liberties in 2001 as did the rushed passage of the 16th amendment (income taxation) way back in 1913 – the charter of the Federal Reserve signed in by Woodrow Wilson 2 days before Christmas in 1913 is no doubt the invisible design that promoted this sort of non-transparent deceit. Stimulus Bill HR-1 was only made available at midnight the night before voting – 1588 (1,073?) electronically scanned hand annotated pages were delivered as well as 5 hard copies – “RSC Chair Tom Price points out the ethical (illegal) dichotomy between an unanimous vote that said the bill would be publicly posted for 48 hours, and being expected to vote on a 1,073 page document little over 12 hours after it was kinda-sorta made public.” (freedomworks)
